Allen is a seasoned businessman specializes in residential properties trading in Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Allen is an experienced internal auditor - a profession that demands high level of integrity, compliance and due care. Such background had developed him an analytical researcher and a careful realtor. 

Born in Hong Kong and raised in Richmond, Allen received his education in the States, Hong Kong, Australia with degrees majoring in Business Management and Finance. He is fluent in speaking English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

When not busy working with his clients, Allen enjoys skiing in the winter or cheering for the Vancouver Whitecaps in BC Place during the MLS season.
