加拿大人熱愛運動，最受歡迎的球類莫過於冰上曲棍球，而香港人愛看的英式足球在溫哥華也頗受歡迎的。
温哥華白浪 Vancouver Whitecaps 是代表温哥華參加MLS (Major League Soccer) 的職業球隊，白浪曾奪2015年的MLS總冠軍, 非等閒之輩。位於 Downtown 的 BC Place 球場是溫哥華白浪的主場，可容2萬球迷的室內足球場。
新賽季將在2月尾展開, 直至11月。有興趣捧白浪場的你，門券定1月4日開賣，有單場、5場 pack、或全季套票發售。
順帶一提，Vancouver Whitecaps 有被誤譯成 「温哥華白帽」，其實 whitecaps 是白頭浪的意思，故譯作「温哥華白浪」才恰當。
