BC 估價自1月公報後，到底近期業主的叫價和買家的承接力跟 BC估價（2021年7月）有什麼關係和啟示？今次繼續分析華人聚居的溫東 。溫東獨立屋的業主十分進取，部分叫價較BC估價高20% 至 30%，都獲買家追價10% 至 20%承接。城市屋的叫價較BC 估價高10% ，均獲買家追價10%承接。柏文的叫價都高BC估價，不論以低叫價策略，買家追價10% 至15%承接；或以高叫價策略，買家都願意承接。整體温東各類物業都受追捧，尤以獨立屋表現最搶鏡，皆因市場認同温哥華地段始終較大溫其他區的矜貴和值錢。Allen Lau温哥華專業房地產經紀allenlau@sutton.comwww.allenlauhome.com
