2022年卑詩省物業估值通知書
卑詩省某些業主會在3種情況下因物業稅大幅增加而較其他業主快收到2022年房價估值通知書。包括:
 
1. 物業在今年內的「預測增幅」遠超「預測平均變動」 - 例如蘭尼市(Langley) 的住宅物業的「預測平均變動」為5%,然而今年該市的「預測增幅」卻比去年的估值上升30%,超出的25%可能令該市一些業主需繳交更多的物業稅;
2. 物業類別的改變 - 例如物業在今年由住宅物業(第1類)改為商用物業(第6類),由於商用物業有較高的稅率,該些業主可能需繳交更多的物業稅;
3. 豁免權的轉變 - 例如在今年停止運作的農地物業會回歸為住宅物業,並失去物業稅的豁免權,該些業主可能需繳交物業稅。
 
上述3類情況的業主即將在2021年12月初收到2022年的物業估值通知書,留意信箱。
