建於1957年，有65年歷史的 Steveston 社區中心及圖書館，將耗資 9,000萬元重建，2026年落成, 現有社區中心及圖書館繼續運作至新中心落成。但項目沒有包括興建長者房屋。
項目雖屬重建，並非新增，更完善的社區設施會向市場釋出正面訊息, 預計為該區未來樓價注入新動力。

城市屋（4房/1,845 sf/25年）$165.9 萬
獨立屋（4房/地 3,640 sf/屋 2,000 sf/8年）$220萬
