大溫樓市前瞻

大溫樓市過去1年升幅強勁,平均升21%、 平均標準房價 $136萬。
 
當中偏遠的3個城市:高貴林、高貴林港、楓樹嶺的升幅超過21%的平均線, 標準房價已超越一些主流城市本拿比東、列治文,甚至直追北溫、溫東。
 
當這些偏遠城市的房價升到與接近主流城市時,對買家的吸引力會開始下降,買家會考慮回歸較近的主流城市。因此升幅落後的一些主流城市會變得具吸引力了,如本拿比南(18%)、本拿比北(18%)、列治文 (20%)。
 
大家不防在2022年多留意這三個城市的物業,也許有意想不到的發現。
