住獨立屋的應有責任

在北美、加拿大住獨立屋的人，需要打理好前、後園的草地，以保持環境美觀整潔。任由雜草叢生(如圖)，不但有礙家門觀瞻，還會惹來蛇蟲鼠蟻，影嚮鄰舍的衛生。嚴重者會被市政府票控，要求屋主修剪，甚至罰款。
計劃住獨立屋的朋友要注意這公民責任啊! 想住獨立屋但又不喜歡打理花園的朋友，還是考慮住城市屋或公寓吧了。
