加拿大房地產恊會 (CREA) 公佈11月份的房地產數字, 顯示全國基準房價仍高漲, 較去年同期升$190,000 (19.6%), 較兩年前疫情爆發時升近$220,000。
而溫哥華的基準房價則上升21.9%, 在全國各城巿中升幅排名第4。
預計欠缺供應和低庫存量仍有機會推高2022年的房價, 但加息會否令房價升幅放綬? 抑或買家襯「息魔」來臨前趕快入市, 反而成為推高房價的另一動力? 要密切留意市場的未來動向。
