Kitsilano Point Grey 的臨海大宅估值$7300萬，登今年全卑詩省首貴；Downtown 市中心Thurlow 街的一個31樓單位估值$2770萬, 成最貴柏文；列治文第2路夾Steveston Hwy 的農地大宅估值$1300萬，成該市首貴, 排全省368位；該市農地大宅有價有市, 部份估值介乎$650萬至$800萬。
2021年卑詩省的樓市升勢強勁，這些超級住宅的業主喜見身家又暴漲了。但未上車的準買家不需氣餒，如前香港首富說：「我人生買的第一套房是普通小房子而已」。
