最近收到很多客人問我 Vancouver Empty Homes Tax (温哥華市房屋空置稅), 是否需要在限期前申報? 那要看是大溫那裏的物業了。
這 Vancouver Empty Homes Tax 只適用温哥華區（温東、温西、downtown) 的物業, 其他地區 (北温、西温、本拿比，新西敏、列治文、素里、高貴林、滿地寳、三角州，白石) 的物業，這 Empty Homes Tax 是不關事的。
換言之，唯有温哥華區的業主面對兩個稅: 省級的 BC Speculation & Vacancy Tax (卑詩省投機及空置稅）和市級的 Vancouver Empty Homes Tax。其他地區的業主只有省級的 BC Speculation & Vacancy Tax。
BC Speculation & Vacancy Tax 申報表在1月、2月寄出各區各業主，留意信箱。
